Send the product in its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to Freight Dept. Adapta Customer Service Team. Any accepted refund will be processed within 30 days.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the initial delivery of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Adapta Solution.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately. Failure to notify us immediately may entitle us to decline a claim.
Products that are not sold for their full advertised price, or products that have been sold for a discounted price, are excluded from this policy.
