Adapta Ramps is based in NSW, Australia, with distributors in every state. The HQ location is Level 7, 91 Phillip St., Parramatta, NSW, 2150 Australia.

Can you ship the ramps anywhere?
Yes. With distributors and pickup locations all across Australia, we ship to every state. You do have to pick up your products from our pickup locations.
Do you offer priority shipment?
Yes, we do offer priority service and shipment in as little as five working days.

Do you provide free quotations or proposals?
Yes, our quotations and proposals are entirely free of charge.
What is your quotation turnaround time?
For most proposals, between 24 and 48 hours. For major proposals, it can take up to one week.
Do you give ballpark quotation figures?
Yes, depending on your design or any special requests, we can offer ballpark figures enabling you to pre-assess your costs.
How do I know if a ramp will suit my design?
Once we send you a quotation, you will receive the standard CAD designs and integrate them with your existing project to ensure a perfect match or reach back with any modifications that might be needed.
Do your products meet all required design legislation and regulations?
Yes, all of our products and services comply with the DDA Act 1992, BCA 2015, AS 1428 2009, and AS/NZ 1428.41 2009.
What is the weight capacity of your ramps?
Adapta ramps are built for human use, not machinery or vehicles. Our disability access ramps are certified up to 500kg/m2.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a seven-year warranty for our products and materials. Damage that occurred during installation and/or was caused by human errors is not included.
